Study on the Effect on Gas Composition of Co-pyrolysis of Lignite and Liquefaction Residue

Abstract:

Abstract: In order to make a high value use of liquefaction residue , The study on co-pyrolysis of lignite and liquefaction residue was done based on different pyrolysis characteristics of lignite and liquefaction residue, effects of different ratios of lignite and liquefaction residue and different pyrolysis temperatures on the composition of the gas will be studied,and analyzes the laws of synergies on gas composition of the pyrolysis process. The results show that at the temperature of 600℃and the ratios of 9:1; 8:2; 7:3; 6:4; 5:5, the co-pyrolysis of lignite and liquefaction residue has a negative synergy effect on precipitate of H2 and CO2,and has a positive synergy effect on precipitate of CH4 and CO,ratios of 7:3 and 6:4 has a positive synergy effect on precipitate of CmHn, while other ratios are negative synergy effects, the maximum synergy effect comes at the ratio of 7:3~8:2. At the ratio of 7.5:2.5 and the temperature of 500℃~ 800℃ , the co-pyrolysis of lignite and liquefaction residue has a negative synergy effect on precipitate of H2 、CO2 and CmHn,and has a positive synergy effect on precipitate of CO , temperature of 500℃~700℃ has a positive synergy effect on precipitate of CH4, while 750℃~800℃ has a negative synergy effect on precipitate of CH4. the maximum synergy effect comes at the temperature of 550℃~600℃.
