Abstract:

Combining with the current situation of many recessive risks existing in the process of bidding for construction projects, the forming process and the dominant obstacles of recessive risks is analyzed, and the hidden risk performance of bidding stage and stage of opening of bids for construction projects preparation is elaborated and the explicit consequences of recessive risks is demonstrated. Finally puts forward the recessive risks avoidance strategies including four aspects to improve the quality of design drawings, to determine the reasonable bidding control price, to guard against behavior of surround-bidding, accompanying-bidding, forging-bidding, affiliated bidding and to do best recessive risk mitigation and other related works. This will provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for development organizations to strengthen the project risk management.
