But at the same time ,due to there may be unreasonable low bid situation during the use of the process of bidding skills, making it is too large that the compression of the construction unit's profit margins in the construction and implementation, and to bring the potential risks for the eventual realization of the expected benefits to the construction unit . In this paper, the main path are presented to profitability the construction unit in the engineering bill pricing mode from two angles of saving and revenue-generating , that seek maximum profits through effective cost control and sound engineering claims, to promote the healthy development of construction enterprises .
