Abstract: Abstract: With the increasing of coal mining depth, coal and rock dynamic disasters are getting worse. Therefore, researching for dynamic instability of coal disasters and developing systemic accurate forecasting method are very significant. Based on the uniaxial compression tests associated with the Acoustic Emission(AE) for the coal samples, the data of the stress, strain and AE parameters are available. It is indicated that the changes of the AE parameters in the processes of the deformation of the coal samples, which mean that both the accumulation of AE counts and AE energy with time, are important to the forewarn of the coal destruction. Also the data collected by different AE sensors on the coal samples surface are compared, which show more information about the characteristics of the forewarning messages before coal samples destruction. The conclusion in this paper is significant for the in-situ coal disasters causing by dynamic instability.
