Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the investment plan management in the enterprise management status and role, from our very large coal group's annual plan management present situation, analyzes the improving plan of investment in fixed assets in the establishment, execution, and analysis each link of the management level of the way and method, it has practical application significance.
