Abstract: Taking a mine shaft shield construction as the background，the ventilation volume and negative pressure change rule was studied for mine inclined shaft shield construction with long distance and gentle slope. The results indicate that air supply amount of fan is a linear monotone increasing with the length increasing of the construction，Correspondingly，the ventilation negative pressure increases by square. Research results applied in the demonstration project，which adjusts timely ventilation volume of fan to meet the requirements of inclined shaft shield construction and effectively reduce the energy consumption of the ventilator.
