Abstract: Many special characteristics exist in the energy conservation assessment of coal construction projects, and some questions in the energy saving assessment of mine development and mining could be worth to study. According to the reports of project energy saving assessment and the experience of reviewing, the questions about choosing the mouth of a mine, Choosing the methods of exploiting, arrangement of mining area roadway and choosing mining equipment will be discussed in this article. By analyzing and discussing the above questions, the author offers some proposals of optimizing design projects for the referencing of writing and reviewing ‘Energy Conversation Report’.
