HHT Analysis of Blasting Vibration Signal in Different Cut method

Abstract: Abstract:In order to study the influence of the drilling technology on the stability of roadway surrounding rock, and to realize the fine blasting and reduce the damage of surrounding rock, cylinder cut and wedge-cut blasting scheme are designed and the corresponding blasting experiments are carried out. The detection of blasting vibration signals is analyzed by using HHT method and the time-frequency distribution and energy spectrum of the signal are obtained. Fianlly the twocutting schemes is compared and analyzed. The result shows that main frequency of cylinder cut is higher and the main frequency band is smaller, and the high frequency energy is larger. The main frequency of the wedge-shaped cutting signal is lower but the frequency band is wider, the lower frequency energy ratio in the signal increases. The former of surrounding rock damage is greater than the latter and all guarantee the stability of roadway surrounding rock.signal is lower but the frequency band is wider, the lower frequency energy ratio in the signal increases, and the energy homoification appears obviously.
