动压巷道坚硬底板底鼓治理施工技术研究及应用

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: In order to solve the problem of unable to finish hard floor repair with air picks，based on the safety and high efficiency construction requirement of the surrounding rock control in the mine roadway，introduced the idea of “ static cracking technology” auxiliary control floor heave in hard floor repair and proposed the technical solution of rapid mechanized construction in roadway floor heave. Through analyzing the working principle，technical characteristics and construction method of static cracking agent，the roadway repair machine was applied in Shanxi Xinyuan coal mine. The application results showed that the set of construction technology and methods could effectively improve the roadway repair mechanized operation level，could reduce the labor intensity，could improve the efficiency，which can provide reference and guidance for the similar coal mine floor control and repair．
