Abstract: In light of the deficiencies of the original minefield development plan for the SDIC Hami No. 1 Mine，combined with various factors affecting the selection of minefield development plans， the original minefield development plan was optimized. According to the characteristics of the coal mine construction project and the actual production，Adopting the present value method of the overall comparison method as a specific comparison method，through the technical and economic analysis and comparison of the two development plans from the three aspects of construction period, production period and life cycle, shows that the optimized development plan is more reasonable. Through the application of the overall comparison and selection method，it provides an effective solution to reasonably determine the field development plan.
