Abstract: For the problems of floor uncovering inclined outburst thick Coal Seam with easily leave "Coal Kan"when uncovering coal blasting、difficulty controlling postpile thick, and so on. This text system introducing how use the technology of structural cross-cut heading and safety technical points in working. When uncovering 3# coal in HU Di Coal mine of the main transportation Cross-cut measures tunnel. Result showing that this technology can safely and effectively uncover inclined outburst thick coal seam.
