Abstract: The level of coal production efficiency directly determines the cost and competitive ability of the coal mine. Based on the comparative study on the coal production efficiency of main coal countries in the world, this paper analyzes the reason of low efficiency of coal production in China from the resources, mine management mode and management level and other aspects; analyzes the internal and external competitive environment of China's coal market, puts forward some advice for improving production efficiency and reducing capacity of coal industry in China.
