Abstract: As one of the important strategic energy reserves and undertake area with the westward of China's coal region,Xinjiang is famous for its abundant coal reserves . In this new period of development age, coal industry in Xinjiang is full of opportunities and challenges. Based on the characteristics and distribution of the occurrence of coal resources in Xinjiang, including national policies, geopolitical advantages, technological innovation and speed advantages which stands for the advantage, analyzes a series of methods and advice with the core of the scientific exploitation such as strict controlling barriers to entry, increasing local personnel training, building coal transportation company and network marketing platform.Then,give some views about the development trend and prospects outlook.
