Abstract: The roadway supports of Hulusu coal mine is bolt-net-anchor support in deep semi coal rock mine. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of roadway excavation, a rapid excavation technique is proposed. The propose takes the roof continuous beam as the theoretical basis，and takes the high pre-tensioned full length flexible anchoring bolt as the key technology. This mainly includes two aspects. The pre-tensioned anchor bolt on the roof will form enough thickness anchor rock beam. It can eliminate the abscission layer, avoid unstability and eventually realize bidirectional linkage between layers and multi-layers. Change the bolt-mesh-anchor supports into single flexible bolting supports. This remarkable simplify the support program. It is also an effective way to control roadway deformation. It improves speed of the tunnel construction from 500m per month to720m per month，the increase rate all most achieve 44%. The economic effect is obvious.
