Abstract: Abstract：By describing the development situation of coal industry in recent years，the present situation of high-quality development of China's coal industry in the context of supply-side reform is analyzed. The problems that restrict the high-quality development of coal industry are studied from three aspects: debt problem, employee settlement problem and ecological environment problem. Put forward the path of high-quality development of the coal industry in the new era，including the transformation of old and new kinetic energy and the elimination of major risks. Finally，the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of coal industry are put forward from three aspects.
