Abstract: In order to promote efficient of auxiliary transportation of shafts of Shanxi Coal Group Zhaozhuang Coal Company and Shandong Xinkuang Group Xinjulong Company, new explosion-proof diesel engine trackless rubber wheel vehicle was designed and developed. The ratio between volume and load of the vehicle is small, and the cargo volume is large. The vehicle is mainly used for the transportation of underground ordinary materials and equipment. Discusses the main points of design and key technologies of the vehicle from overall plan design，design of explosion-proof diesel engine system，matching design of transmission system，frame design，design of large load-bearing dump box and lifting device. The usage indicates that the whole vehicle is completely suitable for the mine，which has outstanding advantages of high operation speed, high transport efficiency, as well as excellent energy conservation and emission reduction.
