Abstract: “Reduction” is an important part of the construction of green mines. However, it has been proposed for several years only to use the term “island” and has not formed the awareness of system-wide coverage of industrial production. In view of the main solid wastes (gangue, coal slime) in the field of coal production, this paper introduces the ways to realize the reduction of production, and proposes to promote the concept of reduction in the whole process of production, and apply this generalized reduction concept to the construction of green mines.
