Abstract: The electro-hydraulic control system of the fully-mechanized working face is the key carrier for the remote control of the three machines cooperating in the coal mine and the intelligent mining of few people (unmanned), and it has been included in the scope of management of safety signs of mining products, it is required to pass the compulsory certification before it can be used in the work face. This article summarizes the current status of domestic and international testing of electro-hydraulic control systems in fully mechanized mining faces, starting from the reality that the ability of testing lags behind the technical development of electro-hydraulic control system products, putting forward the construction ideas and schemes of the three major testing systems for the electro-hydraulic control system cover the testing of the safety performance, clean filtering performance, and shock response performance of the electro-hydraulic control system. It solves the problems of testing capabilities of the electro-hydraulic control system, such as the overall anti-interference, data transmission stability, control software reliability, etc. On this basis, the development trend of the testing about the electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed from the perspective of the future technology development of the industry.
