Abstract: Abstract:Selecting coal companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2011 to 2019 as research samples, combining resource-based theories and modern housekeeper theories to study the relationship between technological innovation, executive power and corporate social responsibility. The results of the study show that technological innovation is significantly positively correlated with corporate social responsibility, and that executive power can positively regulate the relationship between technological innovation and corporate social responsibility performance. Further research found that compared with state-owned enterprises, the positive effect of technological innovation on corporate social responsibility and the positive regulation of executive power in non-state-owned enterprises are more significant.
