Abstract: Coal mining in the northern Shaanxi mining area poses a certain threat to the geological environment, causing damage and degradation of land resources. Land reclamation of damaged land and improvement of land utilization are important contents in the construction of green mines in the mining industry. Based on the analysis of its natural geographical features, hydrological climate, vegetation, and land use types, this article takes the Caragana mine area as the research object, studies the characteristics of land reclamation in this area, and analyzes the links and forms of land damage in the mining area. Based on the comprehensive analysis method, Through the division of land evaluation units in the study area, the suitability of land reclamation was further evaluated, the main evaluation factors of the study area were comprehensively considered, the final reclamation direction was obtained, and the appropriate reclamation measures for each reclamation unit were proposed. Research on land reclamation in fragile mining areas has important guiding significance.
