Design of integrated liquid supply control system based on cloud-edge-end architecture

Abstract:

In order to meet the development needs of intelligent integrated liquid supply in underground coal mines, an integrated liquid supply control system based on cloud-edge-end architecture was designed, aiming at the problems that the existing liquid supply control system could not meet the increasing demand for data communication capabilities, insufficient data processing and work coordination capabilities, and low degree of autonomous decision-making. The system uses the field industrial bus and industrial Ethernet composite communication technology to solve the problem of insufficient data communication ability of the existing liquid supply control system. Cloud-edge-end architecture is adopted to reduce the data transmission delay and save the resources of the central computing unit. The control effect of pressure flow of the system is optimized by the frequency conversion-unloading linkage control algorithm and the step unloading algorithm of pump station group. This paper introduces the overall system architecture, hardware design scheme and software design scheme, and completes the underground industrial test. The research results show that the system can improve the communication bandwidth to meet the needs of use, the design structure is reasonable, the pressure fluctuation range is reduced, and the intelligent development of integrated liquid supply system of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine is promoted.
