龙东煤矿关闭退出空间资源立体开发利用模式研究

Abstract：The development and utilization of spatial resources in closed mines is an important way and inevitable requirement to promote the transformation and development of old mining areas and the full life cycle development and utilization of coal mines.In order to further improve the efficiency of resource utilization in closed mines， this article takes Longdong Coal Mine as the background， analyzes the current situation of spatial resources in closed mines， and summarizes nine characteristics of mine closure and exit;An analysis was conducted on the shortcomings of the current utilization mode of closure and exit mine resources， with a focus on three aspects： "whether it can be utilized， how to utilize it， and key points of utilization". A development strategy of "overall planning， phased implementation， early start， and rolling development" was proposed， and a "one core， two wings， and multiple points" three-dimensional development and utilization mode of spatial resources in the closure and exit mine was constructed. The research results can provide reference for the research and practice of the development and utilization of spatial resources in closure and exit mines in China.
