Abstract:

The coal-fired boilers in the original heating system of Huacaotan Coal mine are now aging and lacking in output, and do not meet the requirements of current environmental protection policies. In order to transform the original heating system after the elimination of boilers, ensure the heating and heating effect, and guarantee the safe production, energy conservation and environmental protection of coal mines, the existing available high-quality waste heat resources and heat load status of coal mines are investigated and analyzed. According to the research results, a scheme of "coal mine waste heat resource heating system" is proposed and established, and the investment and operation costs of this scheme and the electric hot water boiler heating scheme are compared and analyzed. The research results show that the total investment and operation cost of the coal mine waste heat resource heating system is expected to be the same as that of the electric hot water boiler heating system in the 3.3th year. Since then, the annual operating cost has been saved by 67.58% . This research utilizes high-quality waste heat resources from coal mines for heating reduces investment and operating costs, reduces pollutant emissions, and generates significant economic and environmental benefits. It has a positive significance for the construction of low-carbon coal mines.
