Abstract:

At present, conventional low-alloy martensite wear-resistant steel plate is adopted in line pan deck plate and bottom plate of scraper conveyor, used at fully mechanized coal face at home and abroad. The service life of equipment is improved by increasing hardness. By adding a certain amount of Titanium, carbon and other elements to conventional wear-resistant steel plate material, after smelting, rolling, heat treatment and other processes, a large number of micron-size TiC hard particles are dispersed in conventional martensite matrix, which changes wear-resistant mechanism in the use of steel plate. When steel plate is worn out by abrasives such as coal gangue and quartz sand, TiC particles hinder the formation of grinding groove or make groove depth shallower, thus reducing steel plate worn out is achieved. The service life of equipment is prolonged and achieved without increasing equipment manufacturing cost. Through single test and comparison test under the same working conditions, the worn out rate of new wear-resistant deck plate of scraper conveyor for conveying million tons of coal is more than 1/3 lower than that of conventional conveyor, and the wear-resistance is significantly better than that of imported materials of the same hardness level, which provides solid technique support for improving the reliability of scraper conveying equipment and realizing safe and efficient mining of coal resources.
