Rock mass grade analysis and supporting scheme design for deep tunnel engineering of Wuyang Coal Mine#br#

Abstract:

Under the influence of crustal stress at the mining depth of 750m in Wuyang Coal Mine, serious deformation occurred during the construction of the underground main roadway. In order to enhance the overall stability of the roadway, improve the construction quality of the underground deep main roadway, and ensure the safe production of the mine, through the classification analysis of the deep crustal stress and underground engineering rock mass, the initial support design of the underground main roadway is proposed. Combined with the support effect, the theory of fastening key bearing rings is used, Propose an optimized design using a combination of anchor mesh, cable spraying, and grouting anchor cable support. The results indicate that the rock mass classification index for underground engineering can serve as an important reference for selecting suitable layers for underground engineering; Relying on the self stability ability of deep rock mass and using grouting anchor cables to support the key bearing ring of the tunnel as plastic support, can ensure the requirements of tunnel support and achieve good support effects.
