Abstract:

In order to reduce the secondary stripping quantity of the second and third mining areas during the turning period of the Xiba open-pit coal mine mining area the impact of two leftover ditch modes, namely, inverted trapezoidal and inverted triangular, on the stripping material transportation system is compared and analyzed under the condition of raising the height of internal dumping site, and a total cost model of leftover ditch internal dumping is constructed. The economic optimization model of ditch height is established based on the minimum cost method. The results show when the amount of stripped materials in the ditch area is certain, the inverted trapezoidal ditch mode has a relatively small impact on the stripped material transportation system compared with the inverted ditch mode; The cost saving of the inverted trapezoidal ditch mode relative to the full pressure strip internal dumping mode is increasing first and then decreasing, and the optimal ditch height of adjacent mining area is 45m, which saves 82.3 million yuan compared with the full pressure strip internal dumping, and it has a good economic and technological.
