Application of annular integration support technology with anchor cable to coal mudstone ingate

Abstract: Abstract: As the ingate of Xinzhi coal mine mainly located in the area with mudstone and coal line, suffering from serious pouring water and affected by the excavation of nearby chambers, the large deformation and failure occurred. In order to repair the broken ingate, on the basis of the failure conditions of the ingate and the common technologies at home and abroad, the annular integration support technology with anchor cable is put forward. In the meantime, the overall repairing scheme which combines with sorts of technologies of grouting, the high pre-stressed anchor cable, the U shaped steel support, concreting reinforcement and the specific support parameters are determined by numerical simulation and engineering analogy method. Finally, the set of scheme is applied in this ingate and the good reinforcement results are achieved.
