The Anti-fracture Test Research and Application of Lump Coal Mixing with Small Coal

Through a comprehensive analysis the reason of lump coal breaking in the process of washing and transportation, this paper puts forward a whole set of methods to decrease the broken rate and gives the calculation method and formula of lump coal mixing with small coal. In the practical application of coal preparation plant, under the current production conditions, the problem of lump coal breaking in the process will be effectively relieved if the port or the user puts to use the theory of lump coal mixing with small coal. Industrial tests show that, when the small coal blending ratio of 20%, the lump coal rate can be increased by 19%.And also this method takes an active part in the promotion of coal washing's additional benefit.
Study on the Pore Structure Variation of Lignite during Vibration Mechanical Thermal Expression Dewatering Process

Basic on vibration mechanical thermal expression dewatering experiments, effects of temperature, pressure and vibration force on the pore structure variation of lignite were studied. The porosity of lignite decreased with increasing temperature, pressure and vibration force. The increase of vibration force in a special range (1-4 kN) resulted in more severe reduction of porosity of lignite than that out of the range. The pore size distributions of lignite were significantly changed by vibration mechanical thermal expression dewatering process. The pores filled with water collapsed and developed to smaller pores as water being gradually removed with increasing temperature and pressure, resulted in the severe reduction of inter-particle pores and macro-pores and slightly increase of meso-pores. The inter-particle pores also could be reduced by the more closely arrangement of particles and the change of particle structure caused by vibration force. The mean pore diameters of lignite significantly decreased with the increase of temperature and pressure. The specific surface areas of lignite slightly decreased under 100 ℃ and 5MPa, and then slightly increased. The vibration force had little effect on mean pore diameters and specific surface areas of lignite.

Destruction of roadway surrounding rock is a key area of reinforcement, the plastic zone surrounding rocks of circular deep roadway was researched in the different side pressure coefficient(λ)by elastic-plastic theory, and the influence of plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock was analyzed. The results show that: λ=1, plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock was circular. λ≠1, plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock was ellipse. The plastic zone was related to the external load and side pressure coefficient and rock cohesion and internal friction angle. λ>1, roadway support should be to control the roof and floor mainly. λ<1, roadway support should be to control the side wall mainly. Based on the distribution of plastic zone surrounding rocks, the length of bolt and cable were designed, by the industrial experiment, shows that bolt support technology can guarantee the stability of deep roadway by control deep plastic zone in surrounding rock of the roadway.

To solve the problem that the surrounding rock of the tunnel for ventilation roadway in the 40203 fully mechanized caving face of in a deep thick coal seams coal mine in Bingchang Mining Area in Shanxi province was soft and broken. The failure law of the surrounding rock for the tunnel was analyzed. The results showed that the surrounding rock of the tunnel has the characteristics of big deformation and the asymmetrical section and being hard to support, etc. Combining the field actual situation, the new support scheme and the monitoring program in the tunnel for water draining of the fully mechanized caving face were made on the basis of the general principle of the support scheme which contained the pressure relief and the reinforced support and the stilt support. The practice showed that the surrounding rock of the tunnel was steady after the implementation of the new support scheme, which showed that the design of the new support scheme was reasonable. The result will provide important referenced value to the support scheme design of the crossheading of fully-mechanized sublevel caving coal face with thick coal seam in the similar situation.

The case for small coal pillars along goaf part of the coal resources can not be exploited, so in Xu Tuan 8214 wind lane completely roadway driving along goaf scheme is proposed,then,this paper through the numerical simulation demonstrates the rationality of the scheme. In order to accurately grasp the completely along goaf roadway mine pressure distribution, we arrange at the scene monitoring section and compare with the same conditions roadway driving along goaf with small coal pillar .The results found completely roadway driving along goaf exists asymmetry of mine pressure effect, stress environment is better than small coal pillars along goaf. Finally, this paper puts forward asymmetrical frame reinforcement anchor supporting structure, monitoring results show that deformation of roadway excavation and recovery phase for mine production safety does not affect, supporting effect is remarkable.

According to the complex characteristic of high ground temperature, high moisture, large amount of float coal in goaf, serious air leak and big fault of 1210 islet fully mechanized caving working face located in the second layer of Mengba mine, the emphasis zones of fire preventing were analyzed. On the basis of CO gas changing of working face during mining, combined with the applicability of different fire preventing technology, the comprehensive measures of prediction, gel injection, nitrogen injection, grouting were taken to interdict the necessary condition of coal spontaneous combustion. And the normal production of 1210 working face was ensured, which provided reference for safe mining of the similar condition working face.

Ⅱ5112 working face of RenLou Coal Mine in Wanbei Coal and Electricity Corporation was under roof water conditions,when it reached the geologicstructure area,a large range of support break-off accidents occured.To this problem,the paper use the field measurement and theoretical analysis to find out the reasons about support break-off,as follows:the thickness increase of roof siltstone,the complex geological conditions,the low mining height(1.2-1.5m),the ineffective management,the unreasonable set pressure of safety valves,and the slow pushing velocity.By means of the theory and practice, it put forwards a series of measures that managers in coalmine should strengthen the management in face,develop the mine pressure and water level monitoring early-warning,and carray out the reasonable control of the working face mining height.

Based on the condition of N3-3 super-wide fully mechanized top-coal caving half island face in Changcun coal mine of Lu’an Mining Group, the setting load and working resistance of hydraulic powered support were continuously recorded by the mine pressure monitoring system of KJ327. The circle change rule of hydraulic supporting resistance and the tilt direction pressure distribution characteristic on trend of fully mechanized top-coal caving face were analyzed. The results showed that some particular weighting characteristics in super-wide fully mechanized top-coal caving half island face, such as 1) obvious subsection weighting and periodic weighting, 2) the entity coal side island, central, and lateral pressure increasing state and the key point of top management were appeared relatively peaks about 50 meters away from two consecutive in the trend direction of the working face, 3) the transportation tunnel in the island side of surrounding rock deformation is obvious, especially into the range of 15 meters away from coal wall.

Thermal conductivity is great significance for us to make an alysis heat conduction law study on heat conduction characteristics of rock, it is also the freezing method construction through the important thermal physical parameters of surrounding rock.Closely related to the thermal conductivity coefficient and inner rock mineral composition, micro structure, but the research on this field is less, effect of the concrete microstructure on thermal conductivity isn’t system.In this paper, based on the Xinzhuang colliery of Cretaceous formation water rich sandstone as the research object, the medium grained sandstone and the coarse-grained sandstone as the field acquisition representative of sandstone for indoor test , first of all, setted room temperature water saturation coefficient of heat conductivity test for two kinds of sandstone, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of obtaining the corresponding value range;.Then, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were launched microscopic test, obtain two kinds of sandstone respective inherent mineral components and structure, and thermal characteristics of the inner mineral composition has carried on the system analysis;Finally, combining with the lattice vibration theory, analyzes the relationship between the thermal conductivity and microstructure of sandstone . the results of the study indicate that: thermal conductivity rate of water saturated Cretaceous sandstone depends on the size of thermal conductivity rate of rock skeleton and gap liquid .Since the Cretaceous sandstone with low porosity, rock skeleton of Cretaceous sandstone thermal conductivity rate depends on the size of mineral composition of rock.

The height of water flowing fractured zone is an important parameter to ensure the safety of coal mining under water body, in order to scientific guided prediction on the height of water flowing fractured zone development under conditions of mechanized mining, the paper analyzed the factor which affect the height of water flowing fractured zone growth, and summarize the data based on a large number of observations carried out by experts before, and made use of a linear fitting method to give the estimated formula on the height of water flowing fractured zone development under conditions of mechanized mining. Compared with the formula that "Regulations of buildings,water,railway and main well lane leaving coal pillar and press coal mining" given ,the estimated formula is less conservative. Found by the formula given in the Regulations procedure the height of water flowing fractured zone value was less than the measured value, a detailed analysised of this issue, given the expected value resulting in smaller procedures specific reasons. At the same time ,the formula is from mass exploitation of the measured data by the country concluded that it is more suitable from the actual ,to prediction the height of water flowing fractured zone development under conditions of mechanized mining.

Roadway surrounding rock was simplified to intact rock represented by Bingham body and weak strata represented by Bingham body,and a dynamic response model of roadway surrounding rock and support subjected to rock burst was established besides its specific application was analyzed.Several techniques such as decreasing impact energy,improving support setting load (working resistance) and support stiffness,and improving support damp and strata damp were put forward to prevent roadway from being destructed by rock burst.They may be transformed into each other between intact rock and weak strata,and when the supporting force is larger,the adjacent weak strata may be transformed to new intact rock so that its strength can become larger while its energy dissipation ability be reduced due to its damping coefficient is becoming smaller.When impact load exceeds the strength of intact rock,intact rock can also be transformed to weak strata,and its damping coefficient is becoming larger (reducing the stiffness of rock) while the strength of surrounding rock is reduced,so "enhanced" role and "deterioration" role also exist.Some methods such as loose blasting,they are good or not depend on which one is larger between increasing damping coefficient and decreasing strength.

In order to improve the borehole sealing effect and the gas drainage concentration of coal mine underground.Based on the shortcomings of the traditional sealing material,such as sealing effect is poor,complex operation and high cost,put forward the method of using new high water material.The material which is based on A (coal gangue powder),using B as adjuvant(quicklime,expansive agent ,dehydrating agent,coupling agent etc).when the mass ratio of A: B: H2O=1:1:4,sealing effect to achieve the best,and the successful application in Guandi Coal Mine of Xishan Coal Electricity Group Company.The result showed that application of new high water material can be increased gas drainage concentration by 35%-50%.

In order to manage the exceeding gas in the upper corner induced by the low-level enrichment gas effectively, the method of controlling the low-level enrichment gas is proposed. Combined the test mine mining conditions, parameters are designed about the along-strike low-level drilling drainage final hole location, drainage final hole location, the space of drill hole, the length of drilling, and so on. According to the site investigation, a reasonable suction pressure of the drainage system is determined. Application fluent numerical simulation software simulates the layout effects of the given low-level drilling. The results show that the along-strike low-level drilling significantly reduces the gas concentration above the 15 coal seam 15m area; while effectively reducing the gas concentration of the upper corner and the gob. To investigate the drainage effects of the along-strike low-level drilling, the results show that after the implementation of the along-strike low-level drilling, the gas concentration of the upper corners, coal faces and along the groove of the track are down 0.4 % or less, the problem of the exceeding gas of the face has been effectively solved.

According to the working characteristics of mine hoist system,a new design method of process control and monitor system using PROFIBUS field bus technology is presented in this paper. It puts emphasis on the network topology, software programming and functional features of the mine hoist control system. The design method of PLC main program, communication between PLC and inverter, as well as the monitor control system are given in details. In practical running it conforms that this FCS keeps a well running performance with reliable stability and strong communication capacity, which boosts the reform of mine hoist and make progress on the electric control technology.

To recognize longitudinal tearing accurately, Self-Organizing feature Maps(SOM)was introduced to detect longitudinal tearing of conveyor belt. After median filtering, the histograms of oriented gradient of the conveyor belt images were extracted as the SOM’s input feature vectors.Then Chi-square distance was adopted to describe similarity of two different feature vectors. SOM detecting model was thus built and training process of the model was described in detail. Finally simulation experiment was done to test the effect of the mode. The result shows that the SOM network works well in recognizing longitudinal tearing of conveyor belt. The research in this paper brodens ways of longitudinal tearing detection.

For alleviating the shortage of water and abating the pollution of mining water in Western ChongQing, we use Reserve Osmosis to purify the abandoned high TDS mining water and benefit it again.The mining water of this area pervasively have a high TDS,especially chloridion,fluorinion,sodion,barium ions and nickel ions have reached a hazardous level.Design the Reserve Osmosis process according to the YC mining water’s quality and amount,the water yield of this system is 50m3/h,and the cost is about 2.24yuan/T. Finally the quality of purified water will achieve “Standards for Drinking Water Quality”.

Through investigate the self and surrounding conditions of abandoned mine land of Mentougou in Beijing, adopt the method combined with special and basic factor and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the evaluation index system of abandoned mine land development to reuse was established, and put forward to the countermeasures and suggestions of abandoned mine land reuse. Results show that abandoned mine land mainly includes the abandoned coal mine land and abandoned quarry land, for a total of 128 in mentougou district. In which 42 can be used as construction land, it has an area of about 230.25 ha. This evaluation method is practical. According to current situation of abandoned mines land, the evaluation results, and the government policy guidance in mentougou district, the abandoned mine land can be used as a platform for the development of high-tech financial industry of the internet. The results can provide reference for abandoned mine lands reuse of other areas in China.

In view of the wireless inclinometer widely used in the directional drilling at present,the fluxgate of measuring magnetic field intensity in probe,had the inaccurate measuring problem in a environment with magnetic disturbance,desingned a kind of new probe with FOG instead of fluxgate,FOG is a sensor measuring the palstance,not affected by the magnetic field;studied a FOG revolving location device,and expounded some design points of the internal circuit board in probe.In test the probe measured successfully the deviation angle,azimuth angle,tool face angle,etc,the log parameters were same with or without magnetic interference.The result showed that this probe were not affected by the magnetic environment,can be used in coal freezing with a group of holes and metal drilling.

Abstract:In the process of directional drilling in coal mine, due to the drilling depth can be more than kilometers。Drilling formation also from pure coal gradually transferred to the complex strata. In the long depth drilling in complex formation, Common PDC bit was badly worn, and life and aging can not satisfy the using requirement. In order to solve this problem, a drag type PDC bit is developed in this paper. In the bit, drag type and shallow cone structure was used, more cutters can be arranged. The cutting angle and the side angle were chosen according to the formation. the bit was used in the n the directional drilling underground, and good effect has been achieved.

The backward condition of concrete providing in coal mine will be greatly improved through the use of coal mine-concrete mixer. The working principle and structure form of mine concrete mixer for domestic and foreign are summarized, the typical products both at home and abroad are enumerated and their features are introduced, the present situation and existing problems of the application and development of concrete mixer in domestic coal mining are analyzed, and the difficulties of concrete mixing drum damaging caused by vehicle stoppage and seal device avoiding maintaining are still existing and need to solve urgently, finally the future of economic and societal benefit which is brought by the coal mine concrete mixer is prospected.
