Through analyzing the difference of size error and displacement characteristics and stress distribution of tunnel section between the elliptical arch and three centered arch by the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method, in order to study the feasibility of elliptical arch instead of three centered arch section tunnel. Research shows that three centered arch and elliptical arch tunnel section size is far smaller than the error which required in the coal mine safety quality standardization assessment rating methods. The displacement characteristics of two kinds of roadway is basically the same. The elliptical arch section tunnel vertical stress and horizontal stress is smaller than three centered arch In the superficial roadway surrounding rock,but the stress of the elliptical arch section tunne is increased ratio bigger than three centered arch along the direction of deep surrounding rock. Therefore, it is feasible that elliptical arch section instead of three centered arch section tunnel.

The critical information collection and transmission system of hoist brake system is designed based on computer communication technology and automatic control technology to remote monitor the operating state of hoist brake system real-timely and improve the operation safety of lifting equipment.The overall structure of collection and transmission system which have C8051 micro-controller to be core is elaborated. The method of micro-controller controlling collecting multi-channel data acquisition of key signal and completing GPRS wireless network communication and data transmission via the serial port,the collected data will be processed and stored in the remote data system.Signal collecting and sending synchronization have been achieved by using C8051 micro-controller,the hoist brake parameter could be captured accurately which provides accurate data for remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system.

Through the study on the risk of four deep water hole and brine cooling gradient of soft rock strata in the Cretaceous, study concluded that: Asabu Minkong should be set carefully, and the prediction of shallow frozen wall to circle should use other methods to replace; the cretaceous soft rock freezing expansion rate of V presents the linear relationship with the way salt water cooling gradient T, linear regression equation V = -17.653T + 12.444;. And the research analysis puts experience value 25mm/d of the freezing expansion speed in soft rock strata of Cretaceous before ringing.

A bauxitic mudstone stratum was encountered during the construction of the air-return vertical shaft in Nianzigou coal mine. And the rock-mass swelling dramatically, which cause a great problem on the supporting method, under the influence of water inflow from the above shaft wall. Firstly, the grouting technique was used to sealing the inflow water; then, polystyrene foam board was utilized for decreasing the swelling deformation of the rock mass before casting the reinforced concrete shaft wall. By taking this composite supporting technology, the bauxitic mudstone stratum was passed rapidly, safely and economically, which explored an effective supporting method for shaft construction similarly.

According to the problems of thickness of coal seam, the fault development of the working face, big deformation of surrounding rock, the paper studied the deformation control countermeasure of roadway surrounding rock through testing the loose circle by peering instrument and numerical simulation software. The results showed that the length of anchors could not meet the supporting requirements because the range of loose circle was increasing constantly under the influence of complicated geological conditions after the excavation of roadway. The roadway deformation in the roof and two sides decreased about 42.0% and 38.2% compared with supporting by the original supporting scheme after that the anchors in the left and right sides of roadway were lengthened to 2.4m and 2.2m, the distance between two rows was reduced to 0.8m based on suspension theory. It could effective control the deformation of surrounding rock.

The rock cables were usually failure in large area in compound roof and dynamic pressure roadway. And the roadway must be repaired for several times, this would result in high costs and affect safety. For this problem, the rock cable failure mechanism was analyzed in this paper. It was shown that the main reason for rock cable failure is inadequate cable preload applied. The key factors which caused rock cable failure were studied by numerical simulation and laboratory tests, and the reasonable length of rock cable was proposed, the length is 4-6m. The field tests shows that reasonable rock cable preload can shorten rock cable length, and the supporting effect of roadway would be significantly improved.

Taken some working face with syncline structure and hard roof as an engineering example, time and space distribution regularity of mine tremors before two rock burst and their occurrence model were analysed and researched. Less mine tremors occured in the seam floor before ‘6.26’ rock burst. However, the crack of seam roof produced more mine tremors with larger energy. Dynamic load had played a leading role in this rock burst, which belonged to the dynamic load dominant mode. Mine tremors mainly distributed in the area of the syncline axis before ‘10.15’ rock burst. Dynamic load caused by the crack of seam roof has the triggered effect in this rock burst, which belonged to the static load dominant - dynamic load induced model. Compared to up trough, the down trough has smaller bending radius, larger curvature and higher stress concentration, in which occurred the ‘10.15’ rock burst. The study could provide important reference for the rock-burst internal mechanism exploring and micro-seismic monitoring and early warning of similar working face.

In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration of rock drivage face, the flow field of far-absorption-near press(FANP) ventilation and dust removal was calculated by Fluent, and the influence law of pressure extraction ratio to distribution of dust concentration and wind flow. The results show that: reasonable pressure extraction ratio of rock drivage face is between 0.5 and 0.75. Using reasonable pressure extraction ratio in rock drivage face of the sixth mining area of Dongtan coal mine, dust concentration of the working face was reduced to less than 10 mg/m3, and achieved the desired goal.

In order to further study on the failure mechanism of vertical shaft in loose strata, an industrial test has been carried out in loose strata around west breeze well in Dongtan Coal Mine and the Fiber Bragg Grating system was used to monitor the change of strain in loose strata. In addition, additional stress of shaft lining was calculated theoretically based on the theory of retaining wall and the criterion of shaft wall fracture model was built based on the fourth strength theory. Pumping water test shows that water reduction led to consolidation of clayey and increment of compressive stress in lower coal group aquifer, it also led to clayey be in a state of tension in middle coal group aquifer because that movement of clayey in middle coal group aquifer lags behind that in lower coal group aquifer. Supplying water test shows that for each 1000m3 water increase, there was 1.61με increased strain variation of the clayey, and with the increment of water, the compressive strain decreased obviously, which shows the clayey is heavily influenced by the change of flow; For calculating the additional stress of shaft, it is found that the angel between slip line and horizontal plane decreases with the loss of aquifer, which lead to increase in size of soil centrum, causing increment of additional stress of shaft.

To research the pressure bump dangerous level in deep mining area of No. 3 Hongyang coal mine, the influence factors were analyzed and ascertained according to the actual geological and production conditions of the mining area. The mining depth and the remaining coal pillar of 7# overlying coal seam are regarded as the key influence factors. The impact hazard index of divided mesh in mining area was calculated with comprehensive index method. According to the calculation result, the comprehensive index of geological influence factors is 0.65 which indicated moderate impact risk, and the maximum impact index of influence factors of mining condition is 0.83 which indicates strong impact risk. The impact hazard areas of the mining area is divided, and the areas influenced by key factors and igneous rock wall are at strong impact risk.

A new intelligent prediction method was proposed for the problem of the insulation life prediction of the motor of mine submersible pump. The main influencing factors of the insulation life of the motor of mine submersible pump were analyzed, and the standard method of sample data was presented. Three main factors, such as voltage, temperature and water pressure, were used as the input parameters of the model, and the insulation life prediction model of the motor of mine submersible pump was established based on support vector regression. The simulation results of the practical application show that the model’s predicted life is in agreement with the measured lifetime and the error is small, so the model is reasonable and effective.

Spontaneous combustion of residual coal likely occurs in the mined-out area, storage bunker, closed zone, etc, where the oxygen concentration is lower than that in the air, so the experiment of coal oxidation at low temperature was made to reveal the correlation between oxygen concentration and dynamic parameters of Jurassic coal from Yima mine oxidation at low temperature. The experiment revealed that slow oxidation regenerative period gradually extended with the oxygen concentration of the supplying gas reducing. But in the rapid oxidation stage, the apparent activation energy is hardly affected by oxygen concentration, and that the oxygen concentration 11.7% can be used as reference upper threshold in the process of Yima mine fire prevention.

In order to solve the selective crushing of middling coal,According to the difference hardness of intergrowth of coal with gangue and combined with the broken characteristics of different mechanical crushing.A new vertical crusher with two-stage crushing ,which coarse crushing section by impact crushing and fine crushing section by shear breaking,has been designed.The new vertical crusher and the SP 60×100 jaw crusher were used to crush fine middling coal,the crushing test and the effect of contrast test show that -0.5mm slime yield,concentrate ash and the total theory yield of clean coal are increasing as the falling of the upper limit of crushing.The new vertical crusher products compared with the jaw crusher products with lower slime yield,lower over grinding rate and higher total theory yield of clean coal at the same the upper limit of crushing.The total theory yield of clean coal can be increased by 4.09% and 3.01% at the upper limit of crushing of 6mm and 3mm,the new type of vertical crusher for coal crushing and selective feasibility and reliability.

This work studied caking index of Shendong Coal (SDC) mixed with different proportions direct coal liquefaction residue (DCLR) and the caking strength of mixture pyrolysis semi-coke. The results indicated that the caking index of the mixture increases with increasing DCLR proportion and decreasing DCLR particle size. With increasing DCLR proportion the caking strength of the mixture pyrolysis semi-coke increases first and then decreases. The caking strength of the semi-coke increased when the pyrolysis temperature increases and the DCLR particle size decreases. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that as DCLR proportion increases, the number of pores on the semi-coke surface increases, the size of pore became larger and stronger bonding is developed among coal particles.

This study builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of material cost control basing on 10 large mines in Shenhua Shendong Coal Group. Through study their material cost history data by using the model of DEA-panels and the model of system clustering, this study evaluates objectively the material cost control efficiency of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group in different times and reveals the trend of the material cost control. The path and the results of this study are useful for making benchmark in coal industry and cost control.
