In order to solve the problem of east junggar coalfield extremely thick coal seam mining, comparative analysis of large mining height layered, layered large and fully mechanized mining caving combining three kinds of hierarchical caving mining method that B1 seam mining should be stratified caving, reasonable coal cutting height 5.0m or less, can be divided into three floors of exploitation, reducing the number of seams exposed repeatedly to reduce risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf, mining overburden may face control, spontaneous combustion, gas, equipment reliability and other issues, should strengthen prevention.

Excavation roadway of island workface is one of the difficulties in the field of rock burst prevention in deep mining. Rock-burst factors was analyzed to determine the risk degree of rock-burst of driving roadway, through the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field monitoring, by coupling analysis of lead abutment pressure, isolated coal pillar stress concentration, geological structural stress, based on the principle of stress control. And large cross section design scheme of the driving open-off cut roadway and comprehensive prevention and control technology were took. And the characteristics and causes of rock-burst events occurred in the period of excavation were analyzed, and achievements of rock burst prevention were summarized. The results show that the adopted technical scheme is effective, which could provide a reference for the similar conditions of rock burst prevention.

The field monitoring on the vertical shaft freezing pressure in Kouzidong mine shows that the freezing pressure has random feature, changing from accelerating rise, gentle slope to stationary phase. Under the influence of frozen pipe skewness, brine flow unevenly, geotechnical properties and environmental change, the freezing pressure has fuzzy characteristics simultaneously. For both considerations of them, uncertainty analysis on shaft freezing pressure is conducted by fuzzy random method. Distinguishing between clay and calcareous clay, fuzzy random formulas of vertical shaft freezing pressure have been built through the formulas derivation and data fitting. At last, an engineering example in Zhujixi mine is given for verifying the degree of fitting between fuzzy random analysis value and measured value. The results fit well, thus providing a reliable guarantee for shaft safety in future.?

Depended on the belt conveyer lane in Wen Jiapo coal, the floor heave mechanics of large section soft rock roadway was researched by the method of theoretical analysis and lab experiment. Besides, the type of floor heave was determined as hydro-expansiveness.The floor heave support program was put forward and the supporting parameters were given in the article. With the FLAC numerical simulation, the feasibility of floor heave support program which put forward in the paper was verified. The result of industrial test indicated that the floor heave value was 22.4 mm, which was less than the value before floor heave treatment. The floor deformation was so controlled effectively that it met the deformation require of mine block. More importantly, the research results had important reference value to the similar projects.

In order to meet the requirements of tunnel drilling rig, a drilling parameter monitoring system was designed. The hardware sys-tem with the PLC as the control core, applying CoDeSys for designing software system ,and the signal collection and processing method was introduced in detail .the monitoring system adopt the CAN bus network and the upper machine as communication, the interface uses LabVIEW software was designed based on windows system of PC. Practical application results shows that the mon-itoring system can accurately display drilling parameters to the PC interface and save it., such as strong real-time performance, and high reliability.

On the basis of analyzing the speed wind around shearer and characteristics of dust production in cutting coal,optimized the system of dusk source tracking and high-pressure spray outside of coal mining machine,space vertical crossing high-pressure spray formed in tumbler,is used to control the dust production in cutting coal,the effect is obvious,the practice showed that the total dust removal efficiency at the machine operator reached 91.4%,the respirable dust removal efficiency reached 90.4%;the total dust removal efficiency at 10m place behind the heading machine reached 92.9%,and the respirable dust removal efficiency reached 92.3%,effectively solved the problem of dust hazards at the machine operator and 10m place behind the heading machine.

The device adopts three level technologies and multiple technologies. It can achieve the function of active power filter. The device has been tested in the heading face and the mining area surface of Xin Mining Group of Shandong power. The test results show that the dynamic response time is better than that of 5ms. Through the questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, typical sampling, water quality test and other methods, The results showed that pH of coal mine water was neutral, pollutants in water was mainly inorganic pollutants, about 85% of the SS particle size of was less 50 microns. According to the fact that the empirical equation is not suitable for depth of destroyed floor in Hancheng mine area, in order to determine the depth of destroyed floor, for water control measures, the law of depth of destroyed floor must been knew. Taking coal mining face No.3105 of Sangshuping mine as research object, based on the measured value of depth of destroyed floor, main factors of effecting was been determined. Then use the FLAC3D to build a numerical model, combine with linear regression to build a regression model which considering multi-factors. Through compare the measured value of depth of destroyed floor and empirical equation show that the regression model is accurate. It can prediction depth of destroyed floor in Hancheng mine area, Of great significance to coal mining in Weibei coalfield.

Abstract:In order to control the main mining coal seam in Dingji Coal Mine 13-1 the occurrence of coal and gas outburst, use of protective layer mining and ground drilling drainage was protection of 13-1 coal seam gas pressure unloading governance gas technology. On the basis of the high gas pressure and high stress condition in No. 13-1 coal seam, the scope of protection of lower protective seam mining in Dingji coal mine by using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field testing. The research result shows that stress discharging angle in trend direction is 60°, and in inclined direction the angle are 78°and 82°.The field testing results are agree with the simulation results.

In order to analyze the water-rock interaction in the deep “Ordovician Limestone Groundwater” and explain the hydrogeochemical evolution, the hydrogeochemistry simulation of Ordovician limestone groundwater in Yanzhou Coalfield was finished, based on choosing the reaction paths by an integrated approach of water flow and geochemical field. The simulation results showed that: the calcite and dolomite tended to precipitate; the gypsum, anhydrite and halite were unsaturated and tended to dissolve in groundwater; the major water - rock interactions are the dissolution of dolomite, anhydrite and halite, calcite precipitation, cation exchange, and dissolution or escape of carbon dioxide, and the results are very consistent with the qualitative analysis; the dissolution of the mineral phases containing Ca, Mg, Na, SO4 and Cl in “Ordovician Limestone Groundwater” occurred, and the dissolution rate was greater than the precipitation rate.

According to the cement compositing principle, the composite Portland cement, CSA cement and dihydrate gypsum were selected to be proportioning tested, in order to research the hydration mechanism, hydration products characteristics and main index of performance, eventually the optimal proportion of composite cementing material was got. Experimental results show that the main early hydration product was AFt, which made the cement set rapidly and results in the high early mechanical strength. The main mid and last hydration products were CSH gel and CH gel, which were interlaced with AFt and increased the compressive strength of material. Water requirement of normal consistency was increased with the addition of CSA cement and dihydrate gypsum. The setting time was shortened with CSA cement and dihydrate gypsum increases. The compressive strength were higher than the base composite Portland cement. The optimal proportion of composite cementing material is that CSA cement dosage should not be more than 15% and the dihydrate gypsum dosage should not exceed 10%. The indicates of paste filling material made by the composite cementing material meet the engineering needs.

In order to study the influence of coal dust concentration, particle size and ignition energy to coal dust explosion gas and solid residue composition characteristics,using 20 L spherical explosive device to carry out coal dust explosion experiment, collect and analyze the residues. Research shows that with the increase of coal dust concentration, CO, H2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6 and C3H8 volume fraction increases, CO2 first increases then decreases, solid residues volatile and fixed carbon content increase, the ash content reduce. When coal dust concentration is 100 g/m3, the particle size of 48 ~ 75 ?m coal dust explosion residual gas CO, CO2, H2 and CH4 volume fraction reaches maximum, when coal dust concentration is 400 g/m3, CO, CO2, H2, CH4 volume fraction increase with the decrease of coal dust particle size, solid residues volatile content decreases with the decrease of the coal particle size, ash content increases gradually. Increasing the ignition energy, gas residue of CO, H2, CH4, C2H6 and C3H8 increases, solid residues volatile and fixed carbon content decrease, the ash content increases.

In order to improve the coal and gangue identification rate, a method of coal and gangue texture feature automatic identification was proposed on the basis of the gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). Analyzed the basic principle of the GLCM, characteristic parameters, used GLCM extract of coal and gangue image the angle second moment, correlation, contrast and entropy of the four characteristics as texture features, using support vector machine (SVM) to identify, and the simulation on MATLAB implementation. Research results show that extract texture features with GLCM, SVM recognition method can effectively describe the texture characteristics of coal and gangue, provide important reference basis for the identification and classification of coal and gangue.

In order to improve the precision of current mine personnel positioning system and reduce the system cost, proposed the concept of monitoring system of underground personal position and vital signs, Using inertial navigation technology to improve the precision and stability of the mine personnel positioning system, added vital signs monitoring function into system which improved the personnel information content. In order to realize the function, quaternion algorithm, nondestructive kalman filter algorithm and adaptive median filter algorithm were studied. Developed the corresponding system with Arduino platform. Simulation test showed that: system could implement the acquisition of personal temperature, pulse and position. The conclusion provides reference for improvement of underground personnel positioning system.

Abstract:Maceral separation is the priority of improving the deep processing and utilization efficiency of coal resources on a basis of the characteristics difference of maceals. Based on fat coal from QianJiaying coal mine, using method under microscope observation, the paper studied the distribution and liberation characteristics, and determined the free fractional degree of macerals, and researched the maceral separation efficiency using density-based separation method under different crushing size. The distribution and liberation characteristics of maceral show that with the decrease in the size fraction, vitrinite content increases slowly first and then increase rapidly , while inertinite content decrease slowly first and then decreases rapidly; When coal crushing size comes to -0.074mm, the free fractional degree of vitrinite reaches 90.77%, that of inertinite reaches 61.78%, which indicates that vitrinite is easier to dissociate than inertinite. Maceral separation of coal samples under different crushing size demonstrates that vitrinite-rich concentrate with a vitrinite content 89.77% and vitrinite recovery 61.19% can be obtained from density-based separation with separation density 1.33kg/l for -0.074mm coal sample; Deeper crushing is needed if a increase of inertintie free fractional degree and reduction is wanted.

In order to understand correlation between different floatability evaluating indexes (K) in single size coal slime, flotation rate coefficient of subordinate function (flotation rate coefficient), calculation floatability and recovery of middling fractions combustible (Ec,md) were applied to evaluate floatability of single size coal slime. The results show that flotation rate of single size coal slime decrease in the following order: 0.125~0.074, 0.074~0.045, 0.25~0.125, 0.5~0.25 and -0.045 mm, calculation floatability decline in the following order: 0.125~0.074, 0.074~0.045, 0.25~0.125, -0.045 and 0.5~0.25 mm, and recovery of middling fractions combustible lessen in the following order: 0.25~0.125, 0.125~0.074, 0.074~0.045, 0.5~0.25 and -0.045 mm. The analysis of correlation of different evaluation indices indicate that flotation rate coefficient had strong correlation with calculation floatability, both of them can be used as basic indices to evaluate floatability of single size coal slime. By contrast, recovery of middling fractions combustible has little correlations with floatability of single size coal slime,which only can be used as a reference index to evaluate floatability.

The lignite from eastern Inner Mongolia was treated under six different powers and different drying times in the microwave field. Under different microwave processing conditions, chemical titration method and low temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption method were used to examine the amounts of oxygen-containing functional groups and pore structure, respectively. And at the same time,pore size distribution,specific surface area and pore volume of raw coal and coal samples under different microwave treatment conditions were characterized. It was found that microwave power 600 ~ 800W, processing time 4 ~ 8min can enhance the stability of lignite upgrading.

Artificial soil quality vegetation correlation: Pinus tabulaeformis, Salix matsudana and Hippophae rhamnoides (three)> Orchard (three)> Caragana intermdia(three)> Chinensis (three)>Pure poplar (artificial) (three)> Pine oil (four)> Pure poplar and sea buckthorn (four); 3. Landscape pattern in the area of vegetation cover increases, to a certain extent, eliminate the effects of landscape structure change on regional ecosystems; 4. Ecologically fragile areas experienced ecological damage ecological restoration phase, ecological prototype stage, is the ecological reconstruction phases. The results of this study can be constructed for mine soil habitats, vegetation community building and provide a theoretical basis for the regulation.

According to the structure and performance characteristics of the Underground Shovel Plate Carrier used in the coal mine, an U-shaped arrangement of vehicle hydraulic winch was designed in the paper. Under the control of the driving unit which integrated by the rotary reducer and the POSI-STOP type anti-drag locking device, the vehicle hydraulic winch which driven by the Underground Shovel Plate Carrier's hydraulic system could transfer power to the lateral arrangement transmission reducer. Meanwhile, through the application of a new type material rope which made by the UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene)and aramid fiber, the inapplicability and the insecurity problems of steel wire rope used in the situation of small curvature radius roller were solved fundamentally. In order to acquire technical parameters of the vehicle hydraulic winch, the dynamometer tests under various sustained load were carried out though the hydraulic test bed and the transmission test bed. As a result, the structural correctness of the hydraulic winch's design and the thermal equilibrium of each element were proved.

WC3J (D) type integral type explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle brake torque and parking braking torque were obtained by calculation, a detailed analysis of the before and after bridge brake structure and working principle, working principle and characteristics of the fully hydraulic wet braking system are described. Through the theoretical analysis and practical application show that WC3J (D) type explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle hydraulic brake system design is reliable and feasible, and can meet the requirements of coal mine vehicle braking performance and explosion-proof performance.

Parametric design is to make the parameters such as size and location reflected through expression, by controlling the expression of size and location to affect the design of the whole model, which is a kind of top-down design method. In this paper, using the development plan of flat, WAVE module and PTS module based on UG were used to establish parametric design model and human-computer interaction interface of WK-75 mining excavators indexing platform. The establishment of the human-computer interaction interface and indexing platform parametric design model effectively saves design time and reduces the workload design of the excavator indexing platform, to improve the design efficiency of the enterprise, which has great practical significance.

Coal inventory is influenced by many factors whose influence is different. This paper focuses on influential factors in China coal inventory grey correlation model, which are mainly transportation, demand, supply, prices, and import, export. Coal inventory grey correlation models of power plant, port, and enterprise are established. By utilizing monthly data in the period from Jan 2011 to Sep 2014, it is generally believed that among those factors, coal imports, railway transport volume are the most significant ones. For further discussion of the long-run equilibrium relationship between coal inventory and the factors, the co-integration test between the three kinds of coal inventories and the two most important factors are respectively taken. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the port coal stock and those two factors. In the end, according to the international and domestic coal market situation, the results of grey model have been profound analyzed and useful management advice has been presented.

Two direct reasons of accident must be eliminated in preventing work of whole industry work safety accidents, namely unsafe condition of object and unsafe act of human. There are already quite a lot researches in the past about eliminating the former one, the latter one is relatively less. The research proposed a new individual behavior control method with the help of accident causing “2-4”model, and bring accident case study as an approach. The content is unsafe act reasons and unsafe condition reasons and other 8 specific accident case knowledge derived from “2-4”model, and all these knowledge are aimed to eliminate the unsafe behavior of the coalminers. The practicability of the new safety training system is proved based the accident-causing “2-4”model by the trying construction of the new system is a coal mine.
