An automatic test aging system of intrinsically safe power supply

Intrinsically safe power supply includes the 12V,15V,18V,24V power supply, and so on.the presence of existing test aging process complexity, low efficiency, low reliability . Domestic power supply for test and aging are not fully meet the requirements of the intrinsically safe power supply of automatic test aging.This paper presents an automatic test system for aging and intrinsically safe power supply and topology structure ,and was first set up in the automatic test system of mine intrinsically safe power supply and the aging.The system by PC, communication port and intrinsically safe power supply test aging equipment composition; the system platform with test function of 12V, 15V, 18V, 24V power supply, radio power a variety of intrinsically safe power supply aging; the automatic recognition system of different voltage grade of intrinsically safe power supply, automatic loading different power load, automatic early warning and analysis. The test proves that realizes the automation and intelligence of the test and aging of intrinsically safe power supply.

Comparing with traditional mining technology of remaining coal pillars, gob-side entry retaining technology could improve the recovery coefficient of coal resources and reduce the tunneling amount of roadway. The application effect of the gob-side entry retaining is good in the well occurrence thin seam and medium thick seam in our country at present, but its application effect in the thick Coal Seam and large section roadway is not satisfactory and the speed of roadway retained is slow. The 12-308 working face of Shangwan Coal Mine combine the new type hydraulic support obstructing gangue with the flexible template gob-side entry retaining technology and make the advancing speed of the 280.5m working face reached 15m/d. It makes the gob-side entry fast retaining in thick coal seam come true and the deformation of retained roadway is small and its application effect is good.

Based on spatial relations and uses of the North East air return way and 21007 air return crossheading in Chensilou Coal, , combined with the existing transport system, the paper proposes the roof air bridge which has the advantage of little influence on the original production system, less engineering quantity, convenient construction, water self-flowing. By taking the control on key link ,like as the roadway reinforcement, equipment layout, blasting, airflow control, face protective walls, concrete block and so on, which ensured that the air bridge safe, fast and efficient construction, the project has good effect, which provided the reference for the similar conditions of in air bridge design and construction.

The paper make a design and application for the two level mining at the same time with Yangquan No.9 and No.15 coal seam conditions and gas characteristics. And according to the characteristics of working face, confirm the gas drainage roadway layout, drilling technical parameters and goaf gas drainage scheme. By practical application, No.9 coal seam gas drainage achieved the rate of 42%, No.15 coal seam gas drainage achieved the rate of 76.5%, completely meet the requirements of the working face gas drainage. The project has obtained the satisfactory result of extraction.

Abstract: Little research on structural performance evaluation of reinforced retaining wall in the post disaster was reported, especially establishing a set of performance evaluation method for reinforced retaining wall to take corresponding measures of post-disaster reconstruction based on the evaluation results, which is an important topic with considerable practical prospect. Based on a lot of project testing methods, a reasonable and scientific testing method is proposed, which combines the failure characteristics of reinforced retaining wall and enables the testing results of all testing items to scientifically and fully reflect its comprehensive quality. In the proposed testing procedure, with the appearance of disease, firstly the single factor is evaluated, and then each factor is estimated according to the evaluation system, finally the comprehensive quality classification of retaining wall is distinguished as three safety grade: safe, warning and danger. Well-documented practical cases demonstrate the reliability and engineering applicability of the proposed method.

Abnormal vibration partly appears on the floor of the main shaft tower in operation of Muducaideng mine, which is unable to meet the requirements of safety production. Through analysis and detection, motor stator side is eventually determined to be the vibration source, and the motor control coupling vibration caused by equipment deficiency leads to the resonation between the shaft tower floor and the motor for the inherent frequency of the former is very close to the vibrational frequency of the latter. This paper tries to reveal the reasons and puts forward proper vibration treatment schemes.

In order to solve the high deformation and difficult support problems of large section roadway with extremely-thick coal seam, the paper studied top coal thickness and roadway width which have influence on stability of surrounding rock through FLAC3D software. “two-stage controlling system”, namely “BS bolts” cooperative control system, is proposed based on destruction characters of surrounding rock. its stability is analyzed by mechanics theory. Field test results show that roof-to-floor relative convergence is 112mm, with two sides relative convergence is 87mm by used two-stage controlling system. The surrounding rock of roadway is effectively controlled.

Reflected channel wave technology has a good application prospects in detecting seam structure in working face of underground mine.Envelope-stack imaging method can be used for slot wave data imaging due to it’s frequency-dispersion characteristic.To build fault model and to use the 3D channel wave numerical simulation for inversion in the article.Based on the simulated data,envelope-stack imaging method is applied in the data.To prove the availability of envelope-stack technology’s application in reflected channel wave data imaging by comparing imaging result with practical model.To conclude, data,envelope-stack imaging method is effective means of reflected slot wave imaging by practical application data and drilling validation.

Abstract: According to the problem of reasonable coal pillar width and the safe remove of powered support at ending stage of fully-mechanized face in shallow seam,theory analysis and practice method was adapted to research the coal face of Zhuanlongwan NO.23103. The results show that the influence scope of advancing abutment pressure at ending stage of NO.23103 coal face was about 19~20 meters, the width of stress limit equilibrium zone of protective pillar was 4.86 meters. The research results can be applied to NO.23103 coal face in which the protective pillar of the entries between the recovery room was 20 meters, the yield position was determined at 5 meters. No need to take any measures at yield position through taking practice method and theory analysis, the coal face just need to keep continuing to move forward which realizing a fast coal face perforation and a safe working-face removing.

In order to ensure the safety of mining in Linxi mine, based on the data of mining exposure, drilling, geophysical prospecting and relevant test results, this paper selected Linxi mine as object to study the hidden hazard factors including the geological structure, underground aquifer, flowing water flowing fractured zone, mining goaf, gas enrichment zone, poor sealed boreholes and underground fire zone by field survey, underground observation, statistical analysis and other methods, and further the pertinent prevention measures were proposed. The results showed that the faults, magmatic rocks, Ordovician limestone aquifer and mining goaf are the main hidden hazard factors in Linxi mine and what threaten the safety of mining in different degree. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures and make a reasonable plan against the disaster, so as to provide a reliable basis for the prevention of the hidden disaster factors.

Part of hoist system in coal mine adopt AC-DC-AC frequency conversion motor speed control devices, which easily brings about harmonic wave and pollutes the coal mine grid. In order to solve this problem in the coal mine, Three-level distribution static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) can obtain a higher utilization of DC bus voltage, when the traditional space vector modulation (SVM) used as pulse width output unit. However, the neutral point potential of three-level DSTATCOM based on SVM will appear low frequency oscillation under the situation of high modulation and low power factor, which seriously affect the safety of the device and output voltage waveform quality, reduce the system performance. In this paper, the low frequency oscillation of the neutral point potential appearing in the three-level DSTATCOM is studied, and then a control strategy based on virtual space vector of the three-level DSTATCOM is proposed to eliminate low frequency oscillation of the neutral point potential and guarantee the effect of the compensation. The feasibility and correctness of the proposed method are verified by the experiments.

Acoustic testing technology is widely used because of its low damage and simple. The broken degree is an important research content of the stability of surrounding rock. This paper introduces the basic theory of acoustic testing technology test and the method of using it to get loose zone size in detail. First of all, the elastic wave velocity of the rock should be measured in different depth by changing the probe’s place until it don’t change no longer. Then the curve of wave velocity changing with depth will be got to decision the loosened area. Using UDEC software to simulate and analyze the thick and hard roof condition of Panbei mine 11313 work face mining roof and floor stress distribution and the movement rule of overlying strata,in the working face in mining process, it is concluded that fracture step distance is 55m ~ 60m, in working face roof above 46m range fracture development is vertical fractures,the working face roof above 46m range is fracture zone, The fracture development of 46m ~ 88m above the roof of the working face is basically a layer to crack,the working face roof above 46m ~ 88m range is Bending zone ;The front abutment pressure of the coal pillar and the coal wall in the face of the cut is gradually increased, and when the distance is pushed to a certain distance, the support pressure remains unchanged; for the field of surrounding rock in different layers of abutment pressure peak position: the floor of 7m <the floor of 3m < the roof of 9m< the roof of 33m.

In order to optimize the spray pressure on the extracting coal face ,we select 4 kinds of common atomizing nozzles, and measure the nozzle macro spray parameters and droplet size on four types of nozzles in different spray pressure including atomizing angle, effective range and Water consumption, and get the relationship between nozzle spray pressure and spray characteristics, droplet size .Thus as the basis that concluding the spray pressure should be to 2MPa in the side of Coal winning machine and Comprehensive tunneling machine , the outer spray pressure should be to 4MPa, the spray pressure of fully mechanized sublevel caving working face coal caving, frame shift and transshipment point, the return air lane and the fully mechanized working face reproduced point should be 8Mpa.Field application shows that after the optimization of spray pressure on the mining work face, all the average dedust rate of fully put working face dust reduces the 107.87mg, respirable dust average dedust rate reduces the 39.58mg, all the average dedust rate of fully mechanized working face dust reduce the 85.8mg, and respirable dust average dedust rate reduces the 43.62mg. Effect of that is remarkable.

Abstract: As the belt conveyor is developing towards long distance, heavy load, high speed ,indentation rolling resistance of belt conveyor is taking more and more proportion of the total energy. The temperature has very great influence on viscoelastic properties of rubber compounds of the backing, which affects the indentation rolling resistance of belt conveyor. however, the research about the temperature dependent resistance characteristics is seldom. Concerning this issue, firstly, DMA experimental data of rubber is used to simulate the viscoelasitc properties of modulus function with the temperature changes, then the function is imported into the three-parameter Maxwell model, then the mathematical models based on temperature effect is established. Secondly, in order to facilitate the solution, available approaches to determine the temperature function of Maxwell model and the contact length a and b between cover and rollers are given. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to study the indentation rolling resistance characteristics under various temperature and belt speed. Research has clearly demonstrated that in -20℃ to 60℃ temperature range , indentation rolling resistance increases with the increase of temperature, and at certain temperature, indentation rolling resistance increases with the increase of belt speed.

In order to find out the safety situation of coal mines in China, the accidents of coal mines in China from year 2006 to 2015 are collected and analyzed. The result shows that the number of accidents and deaths toll of major accidents as well as death rate per million tons and so forth in China’s coal mines all present a dramatically decreased trend, the figures of them of 2015 compared with that of 2006 has decreased 87.98%, 89.91% and 92.3% respectively, the safety situation of China’s coal mines has sharply improved. According to the present state of development and working lever of China’s coal mines, the reasons of improvement of production safety situation are interpreted from several aspects, such as laws and regulations, safety techniques, industrial structure, investment in production safety as well as employee’s quality. And according to the New Normal China’s coal mines are faced with, some relevant advices are proposed.

In order to accurately extraction the Inner Mongolia Daliuta mine coalfield fire, based on night aerial thermal infrared hyperspectral remote sensing data(TASI), the method of the emissivity normalization method and ground synchronous temperature measurement data were adopted to establish space-to-ground regression equation for retrieving land surface temperature. The coal fire were extracted by the reasonable threshold.On this basis,the non-hot anomaly were separated from the area of coal heat anomaly, such as the cooling water of power plant,heat buildings,chimney,thorough the characteristic difference of the emissivity spectrum of the objects.The interfering factors were eliminated on the accurate extraction of the coal fires burning effect of anomaly area. The results show that the 1-16 bands of TASI are suitable for infrared temperature inversion for the coalfield fire.The inversion precision of the surface temperature meet the study on quantitative detection.The accurated extraction of coalfield fire thermal anomaly range were able to provide some decision support for underground coal fire extinguishing.

In order to improve drying effect of the low rank coal drum dryer, optimize the technology and configuration of the drum dryer, prevent the accident of coal dust disaster occurrence in drum dryer. According to the working principle of the low rank coal drum drying, the distribution of the flow field inside the drum dryer is simulated by the combination of hydrodynamic theory and the Fluent simulation software. The pressure field, the velocity field and the temperature field of the gas-solid two-phase flow are analyzed. The results show that the pressure at the inlet wind feeding cover and outlet wind nesting cover of the pressure field is negative, and it is basically conform to reality; The temperature downtrend of temperature field can be divided into three stages from the inlet to the outlet of the drum dryer: the preheating stage, the constant drying rate stage and the decelerating drying stage; the front half part of the velocity field along the direction of exports, radial is gradually reduced, while the second half tends to be stable.

Based on a large number of literature, from the mechanism of burning coal seam, the principle and experimental research of Underground Coal Gasification, analogy to explore the feasibility of enhanced coal-bed methane recovery burning coal, and analyzed the technology in comparison of enhanced coal-bed methane recovery. The study found that burning coal technology which uses the combustion of coal seam gas, such as heat and CO2, can achieve the purpose of enhanced coal-bed methane recovery, is a new technology of enhanced coal-bed methane recovery. the development trend of the future should be carried out as soon as possible the fire simulation experiments of coal seam to improve coal-bed methane recovery, and it is necessary to do further research in the technology of mechanism and key control of burning coal.

This paper describes the principle of the system, the design of the hydraulic control part, and the performance test of the system. The research and development of this system has a good guiding significance and application value to improve the driving comfort, improve the life of the transmission system, and facilitate the maintenance of vehicles.

The work efficiency and work safety of shearer have been focused for design researchers because of the bad and complicated geological conditions in coal mining working face. The design of transmission system are conducted based on the transmission characteristics analysis of MG500/1180-WD electric haulage shearer's ranging arm. The genetic algorithm is utilized to optimize the volume of the gears in transmission system. The volume of optimized gear reduces obviously and most of the gear volume reduces over 8%, which shows that the optimization effect is remarkable.The vibration characteristic curve and statistics of transmission system before and after optimization are obtained through the no-load vibration test, and it is concluded that the vibration amplitude of shear's ranging arm after optimization is less than that of before optimization, which verified the correctness of the genetic optimization results.

Abstract:By systematically studying SOA theory system and J2EE key technology, this paper analyzes the present situation of supplies purchasing in Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group Co,.Ltd. And then based on the actual requirement, this article tries to combine the design of web service and SOA theory system to build the e-commerce purchasing platform of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group Co,.Ltd (Purchasing platform for short). According to the construction, implementation, and effect of the purchasing platform, this article tries to explain one fact. The fact is that the management practices of “internet + material supply” helps the group save purchase fund as much as 6.3 billion in the “quality, efficiency, out of difficulty, transition” context. The application of purchasing platform has many advantages, such as promoting management innovation, optimizing purchasing process, reducing purchase cost, saving purchase fund, and then realize sunlight procurement. We hope we can provide valuable experiences for the large-scaled group corporation on the “internet + material supply”.
