煤矿井下供电防越级跳闸新技术

A New Technology of Avoiding Override Trip Based on GOOSE in Coal Mine Power System

摘要:

针对煤矿供电系统普遍存在的越级跳闸现状,分析比较了目前提出的防止越级跳闸的几种主要方案,基于目前井下保护控制器的现状和已经具备的施工条件,提出了一种基于GOOSE闭锁的具有选择性短路保护的保护控制器。在现有的保护控制器上增加GOOSE通讯模块与监控系统共用一个以太网实现闭锁信息的可靠传递。测试和运行结果表明基于GOOSE闭锁的保护控制器可以快速准确地确定故障点位置,选择距离故障点最近的开关跳闸,有效地避免了因越级跳闸造成的大面积停电,提高了煤矿供电系统的可靠性和安全性,减少了安全隐患。

Abstract:

Contrary to universal override trip in coal mine power system, the paper analyzed the defects of the related protection principles and methods for avoiding override trip. On the basis of the current intelligent protector status and the existence construction conditions, a new technology of avoiding override trip based on GOOSE with selective short-circuit protection is provided. Compared with the original protector, the new protector adds GOOSE com-munication module, which shares an Ethernet with monitoring systems and can reliably transfer GOOSE blocking signal. The results of testing and operation shows that the Protector based on GOOSE can quickly and accurately find the fault point and select the nearest breaker to trip, it can efficiently avoid the large blackout caused by Override trip and improve the reliability and safety of the coal mine power system.
