降低水位法在井筒施工中过强含水层层的应用

摘要: 芦村一矿副井在施工中钻孔内涌水有顶钻的现象,拔钻后从钻孔内喷出水柱高度达到1200mm,放炮后涌水量高达210m3/h。为了解决井筒施工中过强含水层的技术难题,针对芦村一矿副井的水文地质和工程地质条件,选择了井群降低水位技术,计算了降低40m水位所需排出的水量为62105m3/h,根据设计的结果布置了9个降水小井进行抽水。施工结果表明降水小井的数量合适,降水效果好。

Abstract: Lu Cun mine auxiliary shaft in the construction depth of 22.7 ~ 25m, in the construction of drilling hole, obviously feel a top drill phenomenon, pulling from the borehole spurt water column height 1200mm, after blasting water reached 210m3/h. In order to solve the above problem, reduce 40m level required for the calculation of water discharge is 621.05 m3/h. According to the results of the design layout of the 9 construction well by pumping. The results show that the number of precipitation well construction in the design of appropriate, precipitation effect.
