摘要: 为了解决大倾角大采高工作面设备易滑易倒、煤壁易片帮等问题,设计采用液压支架调正装置、刮板输送机防滑装置、工作面挡矸装置等结构,并采用缓慢过渡式工作面布置方法,解决了大倾角大采高工作面设备稳定性和工人安全防护的问题,实践结果表明设备的稳定性控制良好,生产效率得到有效提高。

Abstract: To solve the problem of gliding and inclining of the devices and the side falling, the HuaShan Coal Mine uses the reset device of hydraulic support , the non-skid device of conveyor, the defense of the face and the slow transition face arrangement, which solve the stability of the equipments and safety protection of workers. The practice results show that the devices stability controlled well and the production efficiency enhanced.
