注水防尘技术在疏水性厚煤层综放工作面的应用研究

Application Research on Water Injection Technology in the Fully Mechanized Working Face with Hydrophobic Thick Coal Seam

摘要: 针对中煤华晋王家岭煤矿综放工作面开采2号煤层含水量低、孔隙率低、湿润性差、产尘量大的特点,根据煤层赋存条件在回风巷布置单向长钻孔,选用动静压相结合的煤层注水系统,并结合前期注水试验结果确定适宜的注水技术参数,最终取得了较好的降尘效果。考察结果表明,注水后煤体水分增量可达1.04%以上,此项措施可使综放工作面司机处的总粉尘降尘效率达到36.7%,呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率达到31.5%。

Abstract: In the view of low water component, low porosity, poor wettability and severe dust production characteristics of the No.2 coal seam in the Wang jialing coal mine, According to the coal seam drilling conditions , one-way long borehole water injection method decorated in the return air lane and the dynamic-static pressure water injection system were chosen to governance this hazard, and the technical parameters of coal seam water injection were determined Combined with the pre-injection test results. Then the investigation results show that the average water content of the coal can be increased by 1.04% after water injection, the total dust and respirable dust suppression efficiency can reached 36.7% and 31.5%.
