煤矿支护设备与岩层控制技术标准体系研究

摘要: 针对煤矿支护设备与岩层控制技术标准体系建设中存在的问题,系统介绍了其发展现状及建设过程,详细分析了煤矿支护设备与岩层控制技术的标准化要求。建立了煤矿支护设备与岩层控制技术标准体系框架,研究了煤矿支护设备技术标准的制修订过程与实施方法。煤矿支护设备与岩层控制技术标准体系的建立为我国煤矿工程设计、施工、设备制造、生产服务等提供了标准支撑,推动了我国煤矿支护设备与岩层控制技术的发展。

Abstract: Regarding the problems in building the standard systems of supporting equipment and strata control in coal mine, this paper introduces the technology development and standard system building process of supporting equipment and strata control in coal mining. Current domestic and international situations are also discussed in this paper. It analyzes the requirement of standardizing supporting equipment and strata control in coal mining. It brings up the standard system frame of supporting equipment and strata control in coal mining. In addition, this paper studies the technology standard of supporting equipment in coal mining, single hydraulic prop, other supporting equipment, power system, parameter measurement of coal and rock mechanics, and etc., promoting the implementation of supporting equipment product and technology standard. Finally, the study analyzes the outstanding problems in the standardization and draw relevant conclusions based on the analytical results.
