Real-Time Monitoring System of Underground Explosion-Proof Vehicle Based on TD-LTE Technology

摘要: 鉴于目前一些矿井已经布设了基于TD-LTE的4G无线通信网络,针对现有防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车监控仪或保护装置存在诸多不足,开发了于TD-LTE技术的井下防爆车辆运行状态实时监测系统。文章详细对比了采用TD-LTE技术的4G专网在胶轮车应用的优势,并对系统的原理结构及试验测试进行了介绍。应用结果表明,该系统能够稳定的对井下车辆运行数据、视频、语音进行稳定传输,从而加强无轨胶轮车运营的监管和调度,保障辅助运输安全、提高运输效率。

Abstract: At present, some mines have laid out the 4G wireless communication network based on TD-LTE. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing explosion-proof trackless vehicle monitoring instrument, the real-time monitoring system of underground explosion-proof vehicle running condition of TD-LTE technology was developed. The article describes in detail the advantages of applying TD-LTE technology wireless networks in mining vehicles and the principle structure and test of the system are introduced. The application results show that the system can stably transmit the data, video and voice of the underground vehicle, which can strengthen the trackless rubber tire operation of the supervision and scheduling to protect the auxiliary transport safety and improve transport efficiency.
