千米钻机超深钻孔定点密闭取样技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Fixed-Point Closed Sampling Technology for Super Deep Drilling in 1000 m Drilling Machine

摘要: 赵固二矿利用千米钻机开展“以钻代巷”瓦斯治理模式,超深钻孔定点密闭取芯技术是该瓦斯治理模式的技术瓶颈。通过研制超深钻孔取芯装置,解决超深钻孔取样期间定点、密闭技术难题,现场应用证明:配合千米钻孔施工最大取芯深度595m,取样成功率达到91.7%,参数测定结果吻合度达到90%,实现了超长区段一次性整体评价,解决了定向长钻孔区域防突措施效果检验难题,缩短了瓦斯治理周期,安全和经济效益显著。

Abstract: Zhaogu NO.2 coal mine uses a 1000 m drilling machine to carry out the gas control model of "drilling instead of rock drift", and the technique bottleneck of the gas control model is the fixed-point and closed sampling technique of the super deep?drilling . Through the development of the super deep?drilling sampling device to solve the technical problem of fixed point and airtight during the super deep?drilling sampling, the field application proves that the maximum sampling depth of 595m, the successful rate of 91.7% and the coincidence degree of the parameter measurement results are 89%. The one-off overall evaluation of super long section has been realized, which solves the problem of controlling the effect of coal and gas outburst in directional long drilling , shortens the cycle of gas treatment, and has significant safety and economic benefits.
