高转速复合排渣钻进技术在松软突出煤层中的应用

摘要: 针对松软突出煤层钻孔施工中钻孔深度浅、成孔率低的难题,分析并总结了松软突出煤层钻孔施工的几种工艺方法及存在问题,提出高转速压风—螺旋复合排渣技术。阐述了该工艺技术原理并分析确定了高转速复合排渣钻进工艺参数。现场实践表明,采用高转速钻机并配套Φ95/60.3mm插接密封式螺旋钻杆及Φ98mm胎体弧角PDC钻头的钻具组合进行施工,成孔率提高到70.6%,钻孔深度也显著提高,为松软突出煤层钻孔施工提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low drilling depth and low porosity in borehole construction of soft outburst coal seam, this paper analyzed and summarized some technical methods and problemsdifficulties existing in drilling construction of soft outburst coal seam, and put forward a high rotation speed wind pressure spiral composite slag discharging technology,the technological principle was expounded and the technological parameters of high speed compound slag drilling were analyzed and determined. The practice shows that the high speed drilling BHA and supporting with 95/60.3 plug-in sealing type spiral drill pipe and 98 arc-shaped matrix PDC bit, hole rate increased to 70.6%, the drilling depth is also significantly improved, also it provided referencepractical experience for drilling in soft outburst coal seam.
