全入洗动力煤选煤厂煤泥降灰技术研究

Research on the ash reduction of coal slime in the steam coal total preparation plant

摘要: 以大同煤矿集团麻家梁选煤厂煤泥回收系统为对象,对分级旋流器溢流、尾煤高频筛筛下水、加压过滤机煤泥进行了粒度分析,讨论了煤泥灰分偏高的原因。针对其压滤煤泥,进行了水介旋流器重选降灰试验研究|针对其原生煤泥,进行了多种药剂的浮选效果对比研究。通过分析研究,给出了降低全入洗动力煤选煤厂降低细煤泥灰分的三种技术途径,即高灰煤泥单独压滤、煤泥重选和高效药剂支持下的煤泥浮选。

Abstract: A study is carried out in the slurry recovery system of Majialiang preparation plant of Datong Coal Mine Group. The particle sizes of the overflow of classifying cyclone, the underflow of waste coal high-frequency vibrating screen and the coal slime to be filtered by pressure filters are analyzed and the reasons to the problem that the coal slime contents high ash are discussed. As for the slurry to be filtered, the hydrocyclone is used in the study of reducing its ash by gravity separation. And as to primary slime, flotation effects of many agents on it are compared and studied. Finally, three methods to reduce the ash of coal slime in the steam coal total preparation plant are found, which are pressure filtration of coal slime with high ash separately, gravity separation of coal slime and flotation of coal slime with good quality flotation agents.
