煤矿无轨辅助运输车辆模块化设计方法研究

Research on Modularized Design Method of the Mine Trackless Auxiliary Transport Vehicle

摘要: 针对现有煤矿无轨辅运车辆产品种类多,定制化车型多而带来的细分车型多样化,产品零部件集聚增长,元部件通用性差,企业生产组织困难等问题,提出了应用模块化设计方法加以解决。通过对现有无轨辅运车辆产品的结构形式和系统构成进行归类分析,提出在相近产品系列中规划若干整车平台方案来进行产品的模块化设计,给出了具体的产品模块化设计思路和方法,并以顺槽运输车产品平台为例,介绍了该产品的模块化设计过程,阐述了车辆各系统模块连接方式及装配接口的通用化设计问题。

Abstract: Trackless auxiliary transport vehicle had many kinds and custom types products, that brought variety subdivision vehicle and gave cause for a great deal of parts, non-interchangeable parts and difficult production organizing. In order to solve the above problems, modularized design method was proposed. By analyzing the structure style and system composing of trackless auxiliary transport vehicle, this paper proposed built some product platform between relative type of vehicle, which was adopted to carry on modularized design. Besides, detailed modularized design way and method was present, and process of modularized design was introduced by taking the gate roadway vehiclethe for example. In the end, the connected method between different system module of the vehicle was father expounded, the universal design of assembling interface was discussed.
