大坡度支架搬运车液压系统散热分析及改进设计

Heat dissipation analysis and improvement design of hydraulic system for a large slope support truck

摘要: 通过对某型大坡度支架搬运车闭式液压行走系统散热性能的理论计算、样机试验测试等方法,校核了液压系统补油量与冲洗流量匹配的合理性,并与同类车型散热系统对比,明确了液压油散热器散热功率不足是导致油温过高的主要原因。利用风速仪对原机流过该车散热器的不同位置的风速进行了测试,在测试数据的基础上,通过串联副散热器和增开通风口的方式增大了系统散热功率,解决了该车油温过高的问题,样机经过三个多月的井下工业性试验获得了良好的应用效果,为同类其他工程问题提供了解决思路。

Abstract: Abstract:By means of theoretical calculation and prototype test of the heat dissipation performance of the closed hydraulic running system of a certain type of large slope support haulage truck, the rationality of matching the oil replenishment and flushing flow of the hydraulic system is checked, and compared with the heat dissipation system of the same type of truck, it is clear that the lack of heat dissipation power of the hydraulic oil radiator is the cause of excessive oil temperature. Main cause. Based on the test data, the heat dissipation power of the system is increased by connecting the auxiliary radiator in series and opening the vent. The problem of excessive oil temperature of the vehicle is solved. The prototype has been successfully tested for more than three months. Good application results provide a solution for other similar engineering problems.
