胶轮式轨道矿车牵引车的设计研究

摘要: 为了有效解决煤矿井下轨道矿车大坡度牵引问题,对井下轨道矿车工运行环境条件进行了研究,得到胶轮式牵引车设计技术要求。并且通过对车辆的关键技术动力系统匹配计算,摆动补偿牵引装置研究,设计出牵引车的总体布置方案,该车主要由车身、双向驾驶室、防爆柴油发动机、摆动补偿牵引装置、静液压传动、四轮转向桥、吊机、液压系统、电气系统组成。最终首台牵引车下线,并进行了井下工业性试验,结果表明该方案有效解决了轨道矿车牵引问题。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problem of large slope traction of track miner in coal mine, the design technical requirement of the rubber wheel tractor were obtained through the study of the operating environment conditions of the underground track miner. And through the matching calculation of the key technical power system of the vehicle and the research of the swing compensation traction device, the overall arrangement scheme of the tractor is designed. Finally, the first tractor completed production, and has carried on the underground industrial test, the result shows that this scheme has effectively solved the traction problem of the track harvesters.
