Abstract: This paper reviews the role, structural characteristics and operating environment of JOY10SC32-48B shuttle car in short-wall mechanized coal mining, introduces two common typical faults of oil pump motor which can not start and walking motor which can not drive electricity in the process of using the equipment, and expounds the corresponding system control circuit combined with product maintenance and maintenance respectively. In this paper, the causes and judging methods, treatment methods and matters needing attention of the faults are analyzed in detail, and the reduction of the fault rate of the electrical system is studied. It is necessary to strengthen the routine inspection of the equipment, improve the quality and assembly process standards of the components, improve the performance test of the components and the whole equipment, and formulate the monitoring, monitoring and control of the actual working conditions. The concrete measures of the diagnosis scheme reveal the practical significance of maintenance management, fault diagnosis method and practical guidance for this type of shuttle car.
