近距离煤层回采面下伏大巷减压掘进技术

Decompression Driving Technology of Underlying Roadway in Close Seam Mining Face

摘要: 根据开滦矿区东欢坨矿井近距离煤层群开采矿压特征,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法研究了先掘后采及先采后掘两种状况下下伏大巷围岩的塑性区及卸压比分布规律,得出了东欢坨矿井2393工作面下伏-690水平回风大巷减压掘进方案,减小了工作面回采活动对下伏大巷的影响,解决了先掘后采导致大巷变形破坏严重、套修工作量大的难题,为近距离煤层群联合开采情况下巷道支护设计提供依据。

Abstract: Abstract: According to the mining pressure characteristics of the close seam group in Donghuantuo Mine of Kailuan Mining Area, the plastic zone and pressure relief ratio distribution law of the surrounding rock of the underlying roadway under the two conditions of excavation before mining and excavation after excavation are studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the pressure relief driving scheme of the underlying-690 horizontal return air roadway in the No.3 working face of Donghuantuo Mine is obtained, which solves the problem that excavation after excavation leads to large excavation. The problems of serious deformation and destruction of roadway and heavy overhaul workload provide a basis for roadway support design under combined mining of close-range coal seams.
