综放条件下采空区瓦斯与氮气置换技术研究与应用

Application of regional stereo replacement technology in Gas and spontaneous combustion working face

摘要: 针对特厚煤层小煤柱易燃工作面,采掘过程中对邻近采空区造成的类“呼吸作用”及单纯抽采措施易引发遗煤自燃,采空区有害气体外泄易造成上隅角超限的双重安全隐患,结合采空区气体赋存特点与物理特性,提出了地面钻孔抽采及井下注氮区域立体置换技术。实践表明:区域立体置换技术使采空区瓦斯浓度由6%下降到0.8%,降低了86%,CO浓度由16×10-6下降到6×10-6,降低了62%,治理效果明显,为特厚煤层小煤柱易燃工作面安全生产提供了安全保障。

Abstract: Againsted the double hidden danger of spontaneous combustion and upper corner gas gauge in a super thick seam coal of Shan xi ,which was created by adjacent mining goaf respiration caused by mining process and simple gas drainage and poisonous gas leakaged, combined with occurrence and physical characteristics of goaf gas, proposed regional stereo replacement technology of surface hole drainage and nitrogen injection,.The practice results showed that the average concentration of gas and carbon monoxide in goaf reduced from 6% to 0.8%,reduced by 86%, reduced from 16ppm to 6ppm,reduced by 62%,with an obvious control effect,provided safety guarantee for production of small coal pillar and spontaneous combustion working face in extra thick coal seam.
