大型弛张筛动态特性分析

摘要: 应用有限元软件建立了弛张筛的有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析,得到了前八阶振动形态,找到了筛机合适的工作频率,对其进行应力分析,得到了筛机各部位应力应变的分布规律。应用动应力测试系统测定了关键测点的主应力和等效应力值,结果表明:筛框动应力小于许用应力,体现了结构的合理性,为弛张筛优化设计提供了参考。动力应力测试仪器与有限元分析对比结果十分接近,验证了这两种方法的可靠性。

Abstract: The finite element model of flip-flop screen was established by finite element software. The first eight-order vibration shape was obtained by modal analysis. The suitable working frequency of the screen machine was found. The distribution law of each part of the screen machine strain was obtained by the stress analysis. The principal stress and equivalent stress value of the key measuring points were measured by the dynamic stress test system. The results show that the dynamic stress of the screen frame is less than the allowable stress, which reflects the rationality of the structure and provides a reference for the optimization design of the relaxation screen. The results show that the dynamic stress test instrument and the finite element analysis are close to each other, which verifies the reliability of the two methods.
