综放大断面开切眼一次成巷施工技术研究

摘要: 为探讨综放大断面开切眼一次成巷施工技术,针对华亭新窑矿4502切眼的具体情况,在理论分析及数值模拟的基础上,确定了切眼采用超前导硐一次成巷掘进方案,同时确定了锚索网联合支护方案及支护参数。矿压检测结果表明:4502切眼成功采用了大断面开切眼一次成巷施工技术,实现了巷道的快速掘进,达到了全断面一次安全施工成巷。

Abstract: To explore simultaneous drifting construction technology of fully mechanized large section open-off cut, contraposed specific situation of 4502 open-off cut in Huating Xinyao mine , based on the theory analysis and numerical simulation, Determined the case that open-off cut used simultaneous drifting scheme on Leading guide adit, simultaneously, confirmed anchor combined support network scheme and supporting parameters. Mine pressure detection results show that: it was success that 4502 open-off cut eye using simultaneous drifting construction technology of fully mechanized large section open-off cut, and it maked speedy drivage of roadway come true, achieved the whole section once safety construction into the lane
