摘要: 本文针对无极绳连续牵引绞车在起伏变化大、拐弯多的井下巷道应用时,简化的选型计算方法计算误差可能会增大的问题,提出了分段式选型计算方法。该方法充分考虑了坡度变化大、巷道拐弯多等地形环境的影响,进一步提高了运行阻力选型计算的准确性,使设备选型更加科学合理,从而提高复杂巷道下无极绳绞车的运行可靠性。

Abstract: In this paper, the existed endless rope winch calculation method can not imply satisfactory results in the ups and downs and turning many of the roadways, the segment selection calculation method is proposed. Using this method which given full consideration to the environmental impact of slope changes and roadway turning terrain, the accuracy of running resistance selection calculation is improved, the selection of equipment is more scientific, and the running reliability of complex roadway endless rope winch is improved.
