瓦斯抽采高位钻孔参数优化研究

High Drilling Parameter Optimization Practice Research

摘要: 为研究开滦矿区高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,论文对国内外高位钻孔抽放手段现状进行了分析,并以此在开滦矿区选取工作面进行了高位钻孔抽采的实践工作,研究了抽放前后工作面关键地点的瓦斯浓度变化,验证了高位钻孔的可行性,最后优化了终孔点高度、超前抽放平距、钻场间距等关键参数。研究结果表明高位钻孔参数的优化能有效防止工作面瓦斯超限。研究结果对改进开滦矿区瓦斯抽采技术,提高瓦斯抽采率方面具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract: As the research of kailuan mining area high drilling gas extraction technology, this paper to domestic and international high drilling drainage method analysis of the current situation. And so in kailuan mining area on the selected face high drilling extraction practice.The drainage and face the key place of gas concentration change, verified the feasibility of high drilling. The optimization of the final hole point highly advanced drainage horizontal distance drill field spacing parameters. The results show that high drilling parameter optimization can effectively prevent the gas from the workface. The results of the study of kailuan mining area to the improvement of the gas extraction technology, improve the rate of gas extraction has very important significance.
